In this interview I had the privilege to chat with Basketball Player, Author, Speaker and Difference Maker is the world of addition and recovery Chris Herren

The Chris Herren story is well known and was an ESPN 30 for 30 story titled - Unguarded – and is a MUST SEE.

With so much pressure on all of us today it is awesome that we can an openly talk about more addiction, anxiety, depression and - expectations more freely than ever before. Knowing other people’s story, struggles, journey and triumphs allows us to look at ourselves and hopefully help us on our journeys to BeBestYou.
