First in this episode we talked about April fools day, but then we go over to the main theme of the day and it's journaling. I talk why I recommend it and how it helped me so far. I mean personally I don't leave the house anymore without my journal🤷🏻

Doing things alone can feel weird, but I can recommend them because afterwards you feel more confident and it gives you an empowering feeling. I started this episode with random things and then I started to talk about doing things alone. I love not being able, to focus on one theme.
