How do we hold ourselves accountable? When did this start for you? Lets do better for ourselves, our kids, our friends and families.

Fix the things that need to be fixed. Do the work to identify what works versus what does not. More importantly, grow. Go in peace.

Think about who is in your support system.

What changed for you after 25? Did something click? Did you feel you had a better understanding?
