In this episode, we sit down with Randy Bocook and his son, Harrison, with Bocook Realty. The first thing that was obvious about these guys, is the passion and love they both have for the Richmond Hill community. Yeah, the Bocook Reality team has been #1 for the past 7 years, but what the whole team cares the most about, is doing right by the community. Something else about these two, is their drive to be successful; Randy when he had to, and Harrison to graduate without student loan debt.
We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did recording it. #WeAreRichmondHill #LoveOurCity

Well that special day has come upon us once again this year. I can almost see you out there, firing up the grill, clicking those grilling tongs together in one hand and holding beer number three in the other, all while wearing those always comfortable Nike Air Monarchs or New Balance 608s with the white crew socks coming out the top. Of course the day I am referring to is Father's Day, and what Father's day would be complete without some terrible Dad Jokes?? So gather around with your old man and listen to this special Father's Day episode of dad jokes.

Kimberly recently purchased The Book Store on the Hill. Growing up in a small town in Florida, she always enjoyed reading, and developed a great love for books. She loved her career as a licensed massage therapist, but an unfortunate injury caused that to end prematurely. After a stint in real estate, she walked into a bookstore and asked for a job. That is where the new chapter begins.
What do an octopus, Raggedy Ann, and Pound Puppies have in common? Grab a nice, warm cup of coffee, cozy blanket, snuggle up on the couch with your favorite set of headphones, and find out in this chapter.

This week, we speak with Erika Martin, owner of Queen of the Hill Deliveries. She tells a little of her story of getting down to Richmond Hill to avoid the cold New England winters. When she signed up to start delivering groceries to people, she only wanted to meet people, and learn the city a little better. She realized how much customers were being charged in delivery fees and up-charges on the items being purchased, and she knew there had to be a better way. That is when she decided to take action into her own hands.
