Lach McClymont was born and bred at Goondiwindi on the QLD border and from a young age has always had a love of the land and animals. Lach is now based at St George, just down the road where he has his own property. Along with taking care of his own land, Lach spends 6 - 8 months of the year mustering cattle in the top end of Australia. Catching wild bulls and living amongst some of the most remote areas of this country is hard for most of us to comprehend but for Lach, this is just the norm. 

I first heard Lach on ABC’s Conversations, sharing his stories of the wild west but what I didn’t expect to hear from this ringer was his willingness to invest time into himself to grow and evolve. You could imagine how my ears pricked up when Lach started speaking about different personal development courses he’d been to, and the difference it had made in his life. "How good is this!" I thought to myself! "A down to earth, hard working, country guy spreading such an important message". 

From this moment I knew I needed to learn more so reached out to Lach, and a couple weeks later I found myself once again in awe of this incredible man.

Cinzia is an actor, producer, singer, presenter, meditation teacher AND mindfulness coach and if you’ve ever watched Channel 7 in Western Australia, listened to Triple M Sydney, Smooth FM or seen an ad for Samsung TV’s then there's a fair chance you would seen or heard her gracing your television screens or radio's. 

Cinzia has also had various amazing roles in quite a few of our favourite musical theatre productions including Jersey Boys and Grease - the arena spectacular. Acting, singing & dancing has always been a passion of Cinzia’s since she were a little girl, but after some unfortunate events about 10 years ago, Cinzia found herself being drawn to meditation to help with crippling anxiety and stress, and since has been travelling the globe learning many varieties and techniques to enable her to help clients with PTSD, stress, processing emotions and healing the body.

Cinzia’s spend time in some of the most beautiful places in the world such as Brazil, California, Mexico, India and Spain studying under incredible spiritual and thought leaders like Deepak Chopra, Davidji, Gregg Braden and Dr Joe Dispenza. In October last year Cinzia travelled to Europe and America to interview world leaders on science and spirituality, for an upcoming online series that will be released soon. Can’t wait for this!!

When is this victim shaming going to end? Domestic Violence is NOT ok and in my mind, anyone who shames a victim is condoning the abuse. "Why did you stay?" people ask as if staying meant they deserved it. Wake up fool! NO ONE deserves it.

On this first episode of 2019 Lucy Doubleday from Inspired Health Collective is joining me. Lucy is a fully qualified personal trainer with a passion for women’s health and wellness. Lucy’s time within the industry has gifted her with experiences in different fields of education both personal and professional, that have enabled her to develop her philosophy on health within the industry. 

Lucy knows that no two bodies are the same, each of us are unique, we have our own blueprints, different genetic makeups and different psychological behaviours which is why Lucy takes an individualised approach to her coaching. 

Lucy is passionate about educating women on proper exercise techniques and helping her clients to overcome resistance to change by using a structured approach (and I can vouch for this!). Lucy’s aim is to support her clients to figure out what they want to achieve and what has been stopping them from doing so. She then works with her clients to create a plan for action and her focus is to empower facilitation rather and prescription.
