She helps female entrepreneurs adopt a more growth-oriented mindset so that they can overcome the negative thoughts and beliefs that hold them back from their next level of growth. This allows them to then grow and scale their business with confidence and a sense of empowerment.
Her Story: "I myself struggled with extremely severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I lived mostly all of my life feeling hopeless and worthless. I spent a long time alienating myself, self-medicating, and putting myself in high-risk situations because I saw little to no value in myself. I reached a pivotal point when I attempted to take my own life. Through this action, I realized how precious life is and how much I wanted to live. I knew I wanted to find answers and meaning so that I could drastically improve my life, and live it to the fullest. I found these answers and meaning by focusing on my mindset and changing my thought patterns, as well as realizing how important these things were in creating my reality. I overcame my depression, anxiety, and PTSD by doing this work. I also became a completely different person and have a much healthier relationship with myself. I built my business because I wanted to share my messages and teach my lessons learned to help empower other women in their own lives."
