Sorry I made the choice not to go live for a while, got struck with a cold and didn't have the positive energy that I want to have for going live in this group.

I just caught myself becoming really negative and had to 🛑myself. 

It's so easy to focus on the negative, that I have come to realize, there might be 10 positive things that have happened in your life, it's that 1 negative thing that keeps you busy, making you forget completely about all those positive things. 

It's time to change and here is how, it's simple, but not easy.

Finally back to 100%, so it's time to be silly again on Sunday. We will visit an amusement park today and go all out nuts. What have you planned for today. Let me know in the comment section.

On our long weekend at my parents house, we haven't watched 1 second of tv or movie on the laptop. I have been able to connect so much more with my 2 sons, so what have we been doing then?

I was just talking this morning with my mother about consciousness and ... . 

I realized that I keep making the same mistakes over and over again, which is got to acknowledge, analyze and starting building a new strategy.

As you might guess, being sick for several days can cause a set back. So what to do after this has happened to continue on your path?

Yesterday I had another amazing coaching call and we spend the biggest part of the time building an exit strategy. During this live I would like to share with you how we did this.
