Worked hard yesterday to set everything up to the way it was. Not just hard moving stuff around, but definitely mentally hard. We didn't plan, so we didn't keep in mind the mental toughness of this... If you fail to plan you plan to fail.

I always do my planning on Sunday. Waking up early and then getting my week set up. I did it different this time. This feels so weird...

Had an interview a while back with 2 time muay thai world champion Rich Cadden and he said something very important. Every time he got knocked off the horse, like losing a fight or getting injured, his systems were what helped him the most getting back on his feet asap.

I keep hearing it more and more how different our home is when it comes to languages. And how well my boys speak English already, while they live in Spain. Here my strategy to teach them different languages and my plan B, if you can only speak 1 language.

We just came back to the funeral, almost all the people there said to keep the kids away from watching their grandmother in the open cofin. 

I asked them what they wanted and they wanted to see her, so I let them. 

Wise chose or not?

Yesterday my mother in law passed away early in the morning. 

The kids had given her a kiss as if she was still awake and then went to school. 

After picking them up I took them separately and...
