Become a Top 1% Communicator 

Imagine what it would be like if you were regarded as being in the top 1% of communicators in your industry or sector 

What difference would that make to your career, to your life? 

So how do you become at top 1% communicator? 

In this episode of the Better Presentations More Sales podcast public speaking coach Brenden Kumarasamy shares some of the steps you can take on a journey to become  a top 1% communicator in your industry.

As Brenden points out when you are on the journey to becoming a top communicator there are lots of things for you to potentially consider and try and act upon and deliver so Brenden  breaks it down into three easy ways to make significant progress as a communicator:

Firstly – the random word exercise. Simply pick a random word and talk about that word for 60 to 90 seconds.

Secondly everyday for five minutes complete what Brenden calls a question drill. So each day ask yourself a question about your area of expertise and then spend just a few minutes recording the answer and within a very short space of time you will have gathered together a huge amount of expert content and not only that when you are asked questions you will then be ready to communicate the answers in a confident, competent manner.

And thirdly in terms of gearing up for more video communication make a list of 5 to 10 people in your life that you really adore and then send them each a 20 second video message. What a great idea to get used to communicating via video.

And the final exercise for you to do on your way to becoming a top 1% communicator simply ask yourself this question:

How would your life change if you were an exceptional communicator?

Ideally get a friend or colleague to do this exercise at the same time and then share your answers, giving yourselves 15 minutes to answer the question
