When we attempt something and we fail, what really keeps us motivated is the next opportunity.

Everytime you attempt something and fail, ask yourself what’s next? Because that’s where you find motivation and hope again. That's when you can take action again and again until you succeed. The goal is not to dwell too much effort and time on failures, but to get back up as soon as possible.

Goodbye 2022, thank you for all the experiences and lessons. You might not be my best year ever, but you definitely contributed to the person I am today. Now it’s time for me to move forward in 2023 courageously with dreams and hope.

The truth is you will never be fully ready. There is no such thing as a perfect moment. You just take this moment and make it perfect!

Accepting hardship or sadness is a part of life. We always have ups and downs, even for the most positive people. They also experience the downs many times. Therefore, accept it, be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to be vulnerable. That way you will overcome quicker and easier.

Every storm or difficulty will pass and you will experience good times. So be patient and don’t give up!

Thinking positive thoughts doesn’t mean that you won’t see negative things anymore. It simply means that you will experience both the good and bad but you choose to focus on the positive - it’s a choice!

The key is to have an awareness - to be aware when you notice yourself thinking negative thoughts.

Hope that things will get better. Every struggle will end and you will see the light again. Surrender to the universe and accept whatever comes your way.

Never be afraid doesn’t mean that you will always get what you want, but it puts you in a better mood and mentality despite whatever outcome you’ll get. 

Oddly enough the more you are afraid of making mistakes or being wrong, the higher a chance you will make one. So whether you are afraid or not afraid, you will make a mistake anyways. So why not act like you have nothing to lose?!

Show up because it’s your purpose, it’s who you are, show up and let nature take control of the result. Let go of the need to control an outcome and accept whatever life throws at you - the good, the bad and the ugly! 

A result will come at its own time, not in your timing. So stop wasting energy thinking when it will come. Just show up and have fun!

The truth is life is hard, and if anyone tells you otherwise, don’t really believe them. Life is easy if you settle, if you follow the crowd, like the rest of the world, then it could be easy and predictable. But what’s the point of living an easy life?

Keeping passion may not get what you want right away, but losing passion is guaranteed that you will settle!
