Better programs and greater morality will not bring revival to our world. 

When the people of God become devoted to the presence of God they can expect a move of God. 

Charles Finney says it this way...

If the presence of God is in the church, the church will draw the world in. If the presence of God is not in the church, the world will draw the church out. - Charles Finney (Leader in the 2nd Great Awakening)
