Ella is a sport and exercise psychologist in training who's passionate about supporting people to change their health and fitness behaviours.  With a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Sport Psychology and ongoing Doctorate in Sport and Exercise Psychology, Ella is on a mission to support individuals through their psychological barriers to health and fitness behaviours.
