This guided meditation was created to address one of the most common roadblocks I hear from people when they begin to meditate... a busy mind or negative thoughts that they can't let go of. I guide you through how to identify the thought with an emotion, acknowledging the emotion, and allowing it to pass without judgement. This tool can be used for any type of thought that comes up it doesn't necessarily have to be negative. This Karma Clearing Meditation utilizes the Akashic Records Healing modality. It was created out of my love for the Collective and their Ascension out of the 3D into a space of True Love And Light. You will need a sacred space where you will be uninterpreted, a journal, candle, and a couple of questions that you may have. We will be opening up the Akashic Records and you will be engaging in automatic writing to gain clarity and insight on the questions you have and releasing anything that isn't serving you for your highest good.
