Meet Pop, my grandpa! He is my best friend. In today's first episode of the series, Popcast, he talks about growing up on the farm in the 1940's during the World War. What it was like to grow up in poverty, joining the airforce, and chasing your dreams despite adversity. 

Pop gave me the best advice growing up that shaped me into who I am today. I hope through these episodes we can offer you the same value. I want to cherish his generation and their experiences before technology and today's societal norms.

Grieving affects the creative process in ways I didn't even see coming. A year ago today I lost my grandma, and since then I have been trying to heal while navigating what content creation looks like while grieving. Healing is not linear. I have lost my passion and re-found it again. Today's episode is my experience of grief's effects on my creative process and the content I create for the podcast, youtube, tiktok, etc.

I started a 9-5 job at an advertising agency in Dallas! Cheers to a new chapter. My first week was pushed back due to my grandmother's passing. Adjusting to this new workstyle is.... interesting! I am excited for this new chapter.
