It was my great honor and privilege to welcome Lauri Smith back to the podcast to discuss where her vision of becoming an Untamed Leader and fostering the development of Untamed Leaders. As I write this, I even wonder if we become untamed leaders or we unbecome who we've been conditioned to be as leaders?
About Lauri
Lauri Smith is a speaker, author, Soulful Speaking Coach, and host of the Soulful Speaking Podcast who helps wild-hearted leaders and loving rebels speak from the untamed, radiant pulse of their purpose. Lauri treats speaking as a spiritual practice that raises consciousness, guiding us home to our true selves.
Untamed Leader Retreat
We recorded this epidode the evening before the first Untamed Leader Retreat, which Lauri cultivated as the opposite of the "January Pressure Cooker." It was one of the most impactful spiritual and leadership experiences of my adult life. More about THAT in a future episode.

Alright my human design geeks, Lauri is a 3/5 Sacral Manifesting Generator and has the incarnation cross the Right Angle Cross of the Spinx. SHe is designed to experiment and lead. To follow her own path, search for truth, and guide others in their transformation. I geeked out knowing the gifts of the four gates in her incarnation cross: Orientation, Freshness, Discernment, and Guidance. Who better to lead a movement and invite others to an event meant to infuse us with wisdom to find and follow our own true compass?
