Is your plan to work with your passion, as your own boss, a one-day dream? 

The thing about a ‘one-day dream’ is that as long as it’s there, you can convince yourself that although things are not great now, in the future they will be great because you have this idea for a work or a life change you will get around to at some point. But that idea is a pure fantasy unless you make the decision to turn it into a tangible reality.

If you have always talked about having your own business one day, or you just know that in the future at some point you really want to work for yourself because your know your working and personal life will be so much better than it is now, then you need to stick around.
