Manifestation is one of the most mainstream "woo-woo" topics out there. It's universally appealing and relatively free to attempt. But as with many feel-good spiritually based topics, they're ungrounded. And therefore, their results are spotty at best.
And this can be . . . frustrating.
So what's the truth? Can we actually manifest our wildest wishes if we practice gratitude, think happy thoughts, and act as if we already have what we want? Or does manifestation ask a little more of us?

There are numerous definitions out there on what an extrovert is and what an introvert is. Most place people into these two categories based on behavior. If you're good at public speaking, you must be an extrovert. If you hate talking on the telephone, you must be an introvert.
When you become sensitive to the more subtle realms of existence, you understand that "extroversion" and "introversion" are best understood in terms of energy. Even though the world tends to reward the loudest among us, there is a hidden power in those who thrive in the silence. It's no coincidence that many intuitives, mediums, and psychics tend to be more introverted.

It is really common to think, or be told, that any spiritual work you do should be done for free. And as people who are motivated by the desire to help people, sometimes accepting money for what you do can be hard. Money doesn't grow on trees, right? And besides, you don't love the money, you love the people! And doesn't Christianity tell us that the poor in spirit are blessed and will inherit the kingdom of heaven?
The truth is, our society doesn't take care of their holy people like they used to. You probably don't have a village at your back to care for your physical needs as you care for their spiritual needs. In short, you don't just need to make money, you deserve to make money.

Most of us are afraid of our own bodies. It doesn't always act, feel, or respond the way we hope it would. Sometimes it feels pain. Sometimes it houses sadness or anger. Sometimes it's telling us that the way we are living is hurting us. And oftentimes, it's telling us things we would rather ignore. This is because the body is a divining tool. Our bodies are expressions of energy and interpreters of energy. And if we can cultivate a listening to it, we will find the divine expression within ourselves.
