Trigger Warning. This is one reason women suffer in life & business. We need more representation of women of color earning high income because of this one thing that keeps non-minority women seen as “powerful”.

When women of color think non-minority women are more powerful or more strategic they will always find shame around hiring their own. They will always hire and network from this internalized shame that POC can’t be premium.
