Michael Odupitan, founder and CEO of Omni Circle, is on a mission to unite and strengthen communities by providing personal and professional development opportunities in Topeka. Odupitan grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida, and moved to Topeka to attend Washburn University in 2002, a decision that influenced the trajectory of his life. Although Odupitan left Topeka in 2015, he returned in 2019 to implement his vision for Omni Circle, a concept he’d been mulling for several years.
Omni Circle is non-profit organization based out of Topeka, KS. Odupitan says Omni Circle's goal is to a create space to Connect, Collaborate and Create together. Odupitan defines the components as a holistic approach to work-life balance by improving ones health, social interaction, workforce development, life planning, relationship building and stewardship. The recent works and community efforts of Omni Circle has received continuous recognition. Within the year of 2022, it's been featured in Forbes and the organization has received the following: City of Topeka's Community Excellence Award, Kauffman Foundation Grant, and the Living the Dream Community Action Award.
Odupitan's mission is to help individuals become the better version of themselves through Omni Circle's initiatives.
