  • choosing your hard

Today is a short & sweet call you up moment!

Girl, I need you to hear something today.

Life is going to be hard either way. But you get to choose which hard you're willing to live with.

It's hard to build new habits. It's hard to stay consistent. It's hard to keep promises to yourself when life gets messy.

But you know what else is hard?

Looking in the mirror and realizing you're still stuck in the same cycles you promised yourself you'd break.

In today's episode of Becoming Her Out Loud, we're having a little heart-to-heart about the uncomfortable truth behind change, the hidden cost of constantly starting over, and why choosing yourself isn't always going to feel easy.

We're talking about rebuilding self-trust, raising your standards, showing up when motivation disappears, and choosing the kind of discomfort that actually moves you forward.

Because the woman you're becoming isn't built through perfect Mondays or waiting until life calms down.

She's built in the moments you decide you're worth showing up for.

This one might sting a little. But sometimes the conversations that make us uncomfortable are the ones we need most.

    So here's your reminder, babe:

You can choose the hard that keeps you stuck.

Or you can choose the hard that builds you.

Either way, you're choosing. Make it count. šŸ¦‹

  • maybe you're not lost. maybe you're just bored with your own life.

    Maybe you’re not lost.

Maybe you’re just fucking bored with your own life.

    šŸ‘€ Yeah. I said it.

You can love your family. Be grateful for your life. Appreciate everything you have…

and still crave feeling more alive inside of it.

In this episode of Becoming Her Out Loud, we’re talking about what happens when your life becomes so focused on being responsible, productive, needed, and everything for everyone else that somewhere along the way… you stop experiencing yourself.

You stop doing things just because they’re fun.

    You stop trying new things.

    You stop wearing the thing.

    You stop making the plans.

You stop asking yourself what YOU actually want.

    And eventually, you start wondering:

    ā€œWhere the fuck did I go?ā€

Maybe you don’t need to blow up your life.

Maybe you don’t need a new body, a new relationship, a new house, or some massive reinvention.

Maybe you just need to start participating in your own fucking life again.

Because sometimes people like you more when you abandon yourself.

    You’re more convenient that way.

And maybe finding your spark again means being willing to become a little less convenient.

This week, I have one question for you:

    What sounds FUN?

    Not productive.
    Not healthy.
    Not profitable.
    Not useful to anyone else.

    Fun.

Go do something that makes you feel a little more fucking alive.

Maybe you haven’t lost yourself at all.

Maybe there are just versions of you that you haven’t met yet. šŸ¦‹

  • you don't need another fresh start

How many times have you told yourself…

    ā€œI’ll start again Monday.ā€

After the missed workout. After the hard week. After you stopped doing the thing you promised yourself you’d do.

We’ve become really fucking good at starting over.

But what if starting was never the skill you were missing?

In this episode of Becoming Her Out Loud, we’re talking about why fresh starts can become so addictive, how constantly going back to ā€œday oneā€ quietly destroys our self-trust, and the question that might change everything:

What would continuing look like from here?

Because becoming her isn’t about creating a version of yourself who never messes up, loses motivation, falls into an old pattern, or has a shitty week.

It’s about becoming a woman who knows she won’t abandon herself when she does.

Maybe you don't need another fresh start.

Maybe you need to learn how to stay.

How to get curious instead of critical.

How to repair instead of restart.

How to make the next ordinary decision instead of waiting for another perfect Monday.

    Because around here?

We don’t start over. We come back. šŸ¦‹

  • stop making it mean something about you

    You missed the workout.

You ate differently than you planned.

You weren’t productive. You lost your patience. You broke a promise to yourself. You had a shitty day.

    Okay.

But what if the thing keeping you stuck isn’t actually what happened?

What if it’s what you decided it means about you?

In this episode of Becoming Her Out Loud, we’re talking about the stories we attach to our mistakes — I’m inconsistent. I always do this. I can’t follow through. — and how one imperfect decision can quietly become an identity we keep proving to ourselves.

Because consistency was never about never fucking up.

It’s about getting really, really good at returning.

We’re talking self-trust, accountability vs. shame, the danger of turning behaviour into identity, and how to stop sending yourself back to day one every time life gets messy.

One of my biggest reminders for you in this episode:

Keep the information. Leave the identity.

Yesterday can teach you something without defining you.

Whatever happened yesterday? Leave it there.

You still get to choose who you are today. šŸ¦‹

  • maybe you're not lost. maybe you're between versions of yourself

Maybe You’re Not Lost. Maybe You’re Between Versions of Yourself. šŸ¦‹

what if the reason you don’t feel like yourself anymore isn’t because you’ve lost her?

maybe you’ve simply outgrown a version of yourself you were never meant to stay forever.

in this episode of becoming her out loud, we’re talking about the uncomfortable space between who you were and who you’re becoming — why we romanticize old versions of ourselves, why change can feel so much like being lost, and what happens when you stop trying to ā€œget the old you backā€ and start getting curious about the woman you’re becoming now.

because maybe you don’t need another massive restart.

maybe you need to take the pieces of her you still love, leave behind the ones you’ve outgrown, and give yourself permission to meet who comes next.

you’re not supposed to stay the same woman forever.

you’re allowed to become her. and you’re allowed to do it out loud. šŸ¦‹

  • stop starting over every single monday

How many years of your life have you spent saying, ā€œI’ll start Mondayā€?

    Monday I’ll eat better.
    Monday I’ll work out.
Monday I’ll get my shit together.
    Monday I’ll finally become her.

I spent years living this way — getting really fucking good at starting over without ever learning how to keep going.

And that’s exactly why new episodes of Becoming Her Out Loud drop every Monday.

In this episode, we’re talking about the all-or-nothing cycle, why constantly starting over might actually be the thing keeping you stuck, and how to turn Monday from another restart into the day you come back to yourself.

Because your life isn’t changed by one perfect Monday.

It’s changed when you stop abandoning yourself every time things get messy.

Around here, we don’t start over. We come back. šŸ¦‹

And this Monday, I want you to ask yourself one question:

What is one way I can refuse to abandon myself this week?

    Then go do that.

  • stop waiting until you become her

what if becoming her isn’t something that happens after you finally get your shit together?

what if it’s happening right now — in the middle of the messy season, the self-doubt, the changing your mind, the rebuilding, the trying again?

in this episode, i’m talking about why we need to stop waiting until we feel more confident, more disciplined, more healed, or more ā€œreadyā€ before we let ourselves fully live. because maybe you don’t need to disappear and come back as a completely different woman.

maybe you just need to start choosing her now.

one tiny decision at a time.

    i’m becoming her too.

i’m just doing it out loud. šŸ¦‹

welcome to becoming her out loud. šŸ¦‹

before we go anywhere, i want you to know what this space is really about.

this isn’t a podcast about fixing yourself, reinventing yourself, or finally becoming some perfect version of you.

it’s about coming back to yourself.

the confidence. the spark. the dreams. the voice. the woman underneath all the roles you’ve been carrying.

in this first episode, i’m sharing the heart behind this podcast, why i created it, and what you can expect when you press play.

i don’t have it all figured out.

    i’m becoming her, too.

i’m just doing it out loud.

    welcome. i’m so glad you’re here. šŸ¦‹
