In this episode, I discuss the most stigmatized and underlooked aspect of the black experience: Mental Health! This episode was very special to me because I collaborated with a fellow advocate of this topic, Jorden Albright, a content creator/digital video editor with who I connected on social media due to her videos I saw about mindfulness and mental health awareness for black women. It was alignment at first glance. This topic hits home, therefore I knew she would be the perfect person to have an open conversation with! We spoke about blackness in therapy, generational trauma, black vulnerability, and much more! It feels amazing to have these discussions on how this generation challenges this norm by making therapy a safe space for growth, healing, and bettering of yourselves, we are truly breaking generational curses daily- Cabria

Welcome to my first official podcast for Becoming Her! In this episode I mention a little about my background, my childhood, and how choosing my happiness allowed me to unlock doors I never realized were available for me as I’m in the digital entrepreneurial space.
