I just returned from another crazy amazing adventure to Kenya - now my 17th trip. I share about a crazy beginning to our adventure right before our chiropractic mission team arrived from the US. It taught me so much and I wanted to share the example as a way in how we get to lead our energy, in an empowered way. Not a reactive way. Let's bring more consciousness and compassion into the world, instead of more darkness and fear. With Love,

As of this recording - it's Labor day in the USA. I share some of the history of this holiday, and then discuss the evolution that our system could become. No longer depleting or extracting but resourcing, and contributing. Remembering the power of rest. Remembering the power of co-laboring - AKA collaboration. So many juicy nuggets from a lived experience are shared here. Allow the message to sink into your soul and then ask yourself - what is here for me? What next aligned step am I committed to now? Hi friends,

I had a really meaningful conversation with two friends this week and we talked about how the money math didn't add up. The one didn't have a match of money coming in and the necessary priorities to match them. And yet, she has always found a way. It was truly humbling and inspiring. I also share how I came to my beach house after not having any understanding how that could happen when I set the intention in 2022 to live by the sea.
