I loved the invitation of it.

Without rigidity.

Without harsh judgment.

But love.

Invitation.

Intimacy.

For you and for me.

It was a short night last night.

100% sometimes looks short and sweet, and that's okay.

Amplifying grace.

Today is Day 1 in returning from a heart opening experience in Kenya.

Today I will practice serving by being present and gratitude.

I believe these intentions support the anchoring to allow the flow of our ALIVENESS to radiate more purely and unhindered.

We had Day 5 of our chiropractic clinic.
