Dear friend,

When did you last take a moment to reflect?

When you look over the past moments of your day - were you on auto-pilot or mindful?

Simply notice, and decide how you want to take that into the next moments.

Together, we rise.

XO,

Angela

Mining for the inner GOLD that lives within our journeys and stories.

I reflect on a profound story I just finished reading called, 'Educated' by Tara Westover.

Her brave and profound journey to witness her life, heal and bring words to it.

We rise, together.

XO,

Angela

Happy Easter! A day of renewal, rebirth, and reflection.

I welcome you here with me with open arms to explore, and adventure into more awareness.

By surrendering what is complete.

To honor what has gotten you to this moment.

In surrender to the greatness within,

Angela

As I was reflecting this morning - I was thinking of the precious appreciation I have for the souls that have chosen the nursing profession.

I know incredible nurses and they have offered tremendous compassion, fierce love and wisdom in pivotal moments in my life.

So here's to those that have chosen that path. God bless you.

In deep appreciation,

Angela

Space to reflect on experiences.

Do you create that space regularly?

Today, I wanted to reflect on my presentation yesterday and how I was present in the experience for the growth, connection and learning.

Enjoy leaning in with me.

In appreciation of you,

Ange
