I remember when I practiced chiropractic that I had so many rules that I had to follow... and I made the rules! I'm not allowed to make any mistakes. I'm not allowed to be proud of myself. I'm not allowed to charge my worth...

As I've reflected more deeply, I've come to realize that serving as a human, soul and love based leader is a huge service to all the people around me - clients, friends, family, and of course, to myself.

I used to judge people who accepted help - I used to think I didn't need it. That I was strong enough, willing enough, disciplined enough to not need any help.

This concept of the challenge of accepting support comes up frequently with my clients, especially the ones who are beautiful Type A, overachievers. Feel familiar?

In today's episode, I'm sharing some personal stories of times I've judged myself for accepting help, and then also sharing how I have reframed this as an opportunity to be even more self loving.

Last week I was in Key Largo, FL, my happy place for the first portion of the Consciously Connected in Magnificence Mastermind. And while I was there, I did something super wild and fun, just because I wanted to.

I needed to rent a car anyway, and so instead of getting something practical like my ego was telling me to do, I got a Camero.

Picture the sexiest black and yellow car. Leather seats, drifting and all. While I was sitting behind the wheel, feeling the engine purr all around me, I realized there were many layers to this decision. And that is what I'm talking about today.

What if our wealth isn't just defined by our bank accounts? Oh shit. Right? My theory is that there are actually 4 areas we can track how "wealthy" we are.

Ultimately though, we become wealthy when we start to engage in our lives in wealthy ways. Tangible and intangible ways. I want to challenge the way you think about wealth. I believe "wealth" is synonymous with "freedom."
