Natalie Higby-Plascencia, co-founder of Durable Athlete, knew from an early age she wanted to help people. A lifelong athlete with a passion for competition, she gravitated towards teaching and mentoring. At the University of Texas at Dallas, Natalie studied Education while playing basketball, and developed a keen interest in Personal Development, Nutrition, Training, and Martial Arts.
She started her career coaching at a local gym, honing her skills in developing kids and women’s programs, and realizing her commitment to improving both physical fitness and emotional wellbeing. She then spent time in a classroom, educating children on healthy habits before moving to coaching at the Onnit Gym HQ, emphasizing Sleep, Nutrition, Breath, and Movement.
Natalie now applies her experiences and education, including Precision Nutrition and an Integrative Health Practitioner course, to her online coaching practice. She's dedicated to helping individuals achieve their full potential in mental, emotional, and physical health through a holistic approach, addressing root causes of illness and disease.

Akshay Nanavati has overcome drug addiction, PTSD from fighting in Iraq with the Marines (where one of his jobs was to walk in front of vehicles looking for bombs), depression and alcoholism that pushed him to the brink of suicide. Since then he has built a global business, run ultramarathons, including a 24 hour run and a 50 mile run around a cul-de-sac, spent 10 days in darkness and isolation, climbed mountains in the Himalayas, skied 350 miles across the world’s 2nd largest icecap, and become 1 of only 26 people to ski up a remote glacier in Antarctica where he then got frostbite and lost one of his fingers. He is now a sponsored athlete despite 4 biological defects including a blood disorder that 2 doctors told him would kill him in boot camp.
Korey Riggs is the Executive Director of the El Dorado and Chileno Bay Foundations. The Foundations were founded by two high-end golf course developments in Los Cabos, Mexico with the goal to connect their members to the local community. The Foundations help develop and fund community projects along with providing grants to local organizations.
Korey is a certified mediator and believes that any conflict can be solved if managed properly. He is passionate about helping others realize their full potential and understand their role as a global citizen. His fluency in English and Spanish has allowed Riggs to be successful on the international speaking platform. He has been featured in top media outlets including TV, radio, magazine and newspaper.
Korey believes in continuous personal and spiritual development through training and travel including walking the Camino Frances in Spain, hiking to Ama Dablam Base Camp on the path to Mt. Everest in Nepal, and witnessing Hindu pilgrims bathe in the holy waters of the Ganges in Varanasi, India. He is extremely active and has practiced and studied yoga extensively, receiving a 500-hour teaching certificate from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica.
