here's to never stopping of BECOMING. 

in ways of achieving true gender equality, we must first know how to “detoxify” norms that are creating unhealthy gender, societal, and political patterns. 

it's time to  give men the space to redefine what is the essence of being man for them— a space for them to express their weaknesses and vulnerabilities that they will feel more in tune with their true selves. because just like us, men also deserves to be appreciated and regarded, in all of the colorful, different ways that they are. <3

done is better than perfect. this episode talks about outgrowing spaces, evolving, and learning but remaining rooted with grace.

if there is one thing that I learned this year, it is that we never truly arrive at a certain destination; we are in constant transition-- season to season.

moving on is not a competition. there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to loving (& unloving) and so stop wasting your time thinking that it's some sort of a race. we heal at different paces, we just do. take your time, gauge with it, and let your heart settle. 

don't mind the time-- you've finished and survived, that's all that matters. 

we set goals and dreams for ourselves that we often forget that life is not black & white-- it requires risks and involves the unknowns.  goals, aspirations and the people that you have dreamt greats with when you're younger sometimes shift to something new and that's okay because the world constantly changes and so are you. 

you're allowed to have million dreams at once, you're allowed to change & you're allowed to do something different.
