What happens when the 45-minute class you planned becomes 15 minutes because you arrived late? You give yourself a redo! After speaking in my husband’s life design class at BYU, I left with so much I still wanted to share. So this is the class I meant to teach.
I share my hero’s journey from 25 years of motherhood to becoming a life coach, along with tools for creating a life we love: identifying our core values, discovering what we want next, and taking small steps—even when our brains would rather put it off. We talk gratitude, faith, and the power of “just take 10” to get moving.
Still a little scattered? Probably. But I'm going to publish knowing that "Done is better than perfect" and we are all becoming, right?
We all love our kiddos and of course we want them to be happy, but taking on their happiness is not our business. We gotta let them figure stuff out and grow! In this episode, you'll find out the one question that changes everything. How can we show up with love and trust so we can let them experience what they need to to grow and become the amazing humans I'm sure they can be?
