I've been talking alot about a more holistic approach to wellness and this week I'm giving you a peek inside The Body Revelation book that I will be hosting a book study on.
I'm so excited about this book and to be hosting a book study soon. This book offers physical and spiritual practices to Metabolize Pain, Banish Shame, and Connect to God with Your Whole Self.
Alisa walks you through 6 stages of metabolizing the pain that disrupts a healthy body-brain connection. Your body can be part of the solution instead of constantly feeling like it is a problem to solve.
Interested in joining the book study? DM me on Instagram HERE or get on my email list and you will get all the details next week!

On Episode 44 we talked about why yo-yoing your wellness doesn't work and the importance of getting of that train!
Today, I'm sharing what Integrating Mind, Body, and Spirit into your wellness looks like and why it's so important. The only way to create results on a wellness journey that will last is to approach it from a more holistic approach. We strive and turn to unhealthy habits when our mind, body, and spirit are not in balance. This is why we stay on the yo-yo cycle so long! It's time to get off and get lasting results in your wellness journey.

Today I am wrapping up the month of May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month, talking about clutter. Clutter has been linked to increasing anxiety and depression, as well as costing us time, money, and added stress we don't need.
I share the steps to tackling clutter and the questions to ask ourselves when we are deciding whether we need to get rid of something or keep it. Clear spaces create calmer environments, help us to find things faster, and keep us from being distracted by all the things we see when we look around our space.
Listen in and let me know what area you will be tackling first, or share your favorite organization/decluttering hacks/resources with me. Connect with me on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/becomingpriority or email me at [email protected]
We have all heard the saying, change your thoughts, change your life and it is so true our life goes in the direction of our thoughts. Negative thoughts are something that every single person struggle with, whether you think so or not. Today I'm sharing 5 steps to reframe your negative thoughts through journaling that will help you stop the downward spiral of thoughts and beating yourself up in their tracks, and give you tangible statements to cling to that are true and more aligned with the direction your thoughts need to be going. Nobody wants to live in a negative headspace so these tips will help you shift those thoughts and get your thoughts, and your life, going in the direction you want it to.

Walking episode I mentioned in the podcast can be found here: https://spotifyanchor-web.app.link/e/O7uuY2CFtzb
The first quarter is a few days away so it's time to review the goals we set for the year, evaluate where we are with those goals, and determine what goals we need to be focusing on in the next quarter. By doing this quarterly, we can cultivate the life we want and stay focused on the personal goals we set for ourselves, while eliminating the ones that no longer serve us.
Spend some time this week walking through the steps I share and set yourself up for success in the next quarter. Reach out to me and let me know how you're review and planning session goals.
