    • The sacral influences how we experience money, health, and sex.  When the sacral is open and supported and flowing, these can be experienced through pleasure rather than fear or constriction.

    Societal conditioning and religious dogma have attempted to shame, frighten, and guilt us out of our sacral power.  Having a sacral conversation is a rebellious act. By reminding people of the power of their sacral, the more we take away the power of those who would like to control us as sheep.

    The sacral relationship with the root chakra (center for safety and security energies) is essential for fully opening to the power, pleasure, and meaningful connection amplified through sacral energy.

    Sacred self-pleasure is a powerful tool to intentionally shift our relationship with pleasure, to move us out of our critter brain and shift us into the quantum field where all things are possible.
