Fully receiving is a continually evolving process that requires us to shift our stories so we open our heart and our mind to allow greater pleasure.
Magnetizing through sacral energy brings yummy goodness your way. The trick is to receive it with grace, rather than cockblocking the Universe.
The stories and shoulds and guilt that run rampant in our brain can be a huge turn-off and roadblock to our pleasure. Sacred pleasure may require us to shift our stories and elevate our sense of worthiness to completely receive the enormous pleasure available to us.
Brains can be tricky little bastards. It’s easy to feel good, until we start overthinking the pleasure and receive.
Intentional Big O and work with our own inner sacred energies powerfully supercharge manifestation. Our job is to not cockblock pleasure that other people or the Universe are trying to deliver.
When it comes to manifestation, the moment we try to control the process, we contract the process.
We have two jobs when it comes to manifesting: know what you want and know how to receive it. Don’t muck up the process by focusing on the how.
To allow greater grace, shift your perspective. Make it less about you and more about partnership.Then, we don’t block the giver’s pleasure in giving to us.
Our opportunity is to allow the receive to feel good, to feel pleasurable, instead of making it feel bad through our thoughts and stories that don’t feel good.
Stories: constrictive and restrictive or expansive and limitless?
The stories are there for a reason, often to perpetuate the perception of safety. But as we stretch to receive more pleasure and our heart’s desire, then we need to shift our stories to stretch our willingness and ability to receive them.
How to shift thoughts requires awareness first. Then, asking what else is possible and throw in some self-pleasure and work it out for real.
Fuck yes! we can enjoy the non-sexual, non-orgasmic pleasure, too. Let’s feel “super fucking fantastic” about the receive, too.
