  • Our brains like to fill in the blanks.  If we fail to communicate, it leaves the brain open to make up all kinds of stuff.  These assumptions and stories can be pleasure and connection killers.
  • Intentional communication helps deepen connection that allows for more pleasurable intimacy.
  • Communication creates receptivity.  The sacral and throat chakras are a natural pair to work well together to help enhance enjoyment on all levels.
  • Sexy Talk vs Total Turn-Off Words: Different people have turn-ons and turn-offs in the word choice and story-telling departments during steamy times.  Do you know your preferences?  Have you communicated those preferences?  Do you know your partners preferences, too?
  • Whose Responsibility is Your Pleasure?  WHOA!  Lisa and Alise open a whole can of worms when they dive into the differences between codependency, independence, and inter-dependency when it comes to pleasure.
  • Co-Dependence:  My pleasure is your job.
  • Independence:  My pleasure is my job.
  • Inter-dependence: Taking ownership together that we are going to strive toward mutual pleasure and satisfaction together.

    • Let’s not make challenges in the bedroom “problems to solve.” Rather than being “problems to solve,” challenges in the bedroom can be seen as “mysteries to explore.” And that feels a hell of a lot more fun!
