The Leap
After 20 years in IT, I was restless. Life was stable but unfulfilled. In 2024, I chose music and gained two priceless freedoms — freedom from time and freedom from place. No approvals, no traffic, no begging for balance. I could design my day, my work, my flow.
Consistency: The Donkey Promise
This journey has been far from easy. Some days sales came in, some days nothing worked. But in 440+ days, I never missed a single day of sales calls — more than 2000 one-to-one conversations. Even on frustrating days, I showed up. That’s the power of consistency.
My mentor once told me: “Do simple things 100 times. Even a donkey can do it.” Success is not about luck or talent — it’s about simple actions repeated daily. My donkey promise was daily sales. That’s why Music360 stands strong today.
Inner Battles
Of course, doubts, ego, and frustration showed up. Sales didn’t close, deadlines slipped, balances went low. But I learned: customers are God, ego destroys relationships, and values matter more than reactions.
Health & Balance
One morning after a rough day, I chose meditation, gratitude, and clean food over rushing into work. It reset me. I realized health is the first pillar. Along with career, relationships, and money, these four form life’s foundation. Ignore one and imbalance comes.
Freedom & Purpose
Today, as I sit in my garden, hearing the birds and rain, I feel abundance. Success is not just bank numbers. Success is peace, freedom, and presence. And beyond personal wins, my bigger purpose is to inspire — to build an army of passionate musicians who spread joy and creativity through Music360.
