Today we discuss overcoming difficult birth circumstances & doing things no one in your family has, as well as setting big goals and reaching them.
Welcome back to the 81st episode of the Hard Thing Podcast.
Today I share my conversation with entrepreneur, author, and investor, Nelson Tressler. You can reach out to him on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
We start off the conversation by talking about how graduating college was the hardest thing Nelson's ever done.
It was that way primarily because of how Nelson's life began, namely as a result of rape and in spite of murder.
With all of that craziness, Nelson was able to get through college with a great degree.
We then talk about the importance of family and having great examples in your life.
We then move on to talking about business and the importance of investing.
Most of all during this episode we talk about goals and the importance of fixing a huge and massive goal, as well as the importance of reaching that goal.
It was a great conversation full of insight.
Nelson, of course, left us an action item:
- Think of what you know you need to do. Now go do it!
