In this Episode I sit with 2 dear sisters and have deep conversations about our journeys to discovering our Medicine. 

We talk about the importance of authenticity in our healing journey, going deep into understanding the need of acceptance and simplicity,  as well as the importance of expressing our true voice in order to heal ancestral wounds and be able to be in joy and enjoying our expression in the moment during the process. 

We discuss moving through shame, shadows and share stories and processes that helped us be in compassion and present in the moment, learning to nurture ourselves through simple loving acts, releasing expectation and being in ease, releasing the idea that there is something wrong with us.
