Hi Friends,

I moved into a new home last week, and it just so happens to be infested with fleas. So that’s been a not particularly fun but particularly enlightening (in ways I talk about in the video) ride. Bottom line: the whole point (for me) of continuously reconnecting to the ever-present sense of peace within us is to be able to access it when life throws us curveballs. Or fleas.

How did this video land for you? How do you stay connected to your ever-present (beyond all the insanity of this world and our minds) inner-peace? Any moments in your life come to mind where circumstances almost had you lose your s**t but you found your way to the quiet of your soul instead?

It’s a lovely summer-like day here in Michigan and I’m going to head out for a bike ride. A long one.
