Building a community, safe space and sense of belonging has always been the core driving force for Kristin. For over a decade, Kristin has brought this energy to her training and teaching all over Europe, USA & Canada for some of the fitness industry’s leading brands such as BodyRock TV, Psycle London, Barry’s Bootcamp & SoulCycle. During all of this, Kristin scaled her own 1:1 personal training, on-demand channel and mindset coaching business with the goal of one day being exclusively her own boss. In January of 2023, it all happened. Kristin quit her studio jobs, gave up her home and took to the world as a digital nomad. Since then, she launched her own podcast Divine Whining; where each week, she shares inspiring stories with her guests of growth, perseverance, identity and an unwavering faith in both self and the universe.

Life's path is rarely a straight line, and it's essential to remember that nobody knows you better than you. Your unique journey is filled with ups, downs, and unexpected turns, but these fluctuations are all part of your story.
