My boyfriend asked me, “WHY do you want kids?” You can imagine my confusion at this question because we have been nonstop talking about starting a family since we started dating at 16 and 17 years old. March’s energy was a little intense!! Your girl, who is usually calm, collected, and silly, was burning with irritation throughout the month and in the process, forgot her tools to healthy communication! In this episode, I wanted to share a personal recent experience I had during some angry moments and how I recognized what needs truly weren’t being met. Shoutout to Sean for being such a patient man! Having these emotions show up frequently have been super abnormal for me and he has been a champion in holding me through them!

Happy Sunday!! How many of you ladies relate to the feeling of knowing you are meant to be a mother, and that it is part of your purpose? If so, and you also have a business, this episode is for you! Spirit babies explain that a soul is created by a combination of electrical charges of a similar frequency to create a soul, and a consciousness. That soul will experiment with becoming different life forms, with the possibility of choosing to incarnate as a human. *Workshop update: Since the recording of this episode, Fertile and Fabulous had to be postponed because we are needing to take care of something in our new house that day. Buying a house is exciting, but if you’ve bought a fixer upper like we have, you know it can be a process lol! Stay tuned for updates on the workshop.

In this episode, I share my story beginning from childhood of my upbringing around periods, menstruation, and reproductive health. Along the way, I gave into the stories of how suffering as a woman was normal, or how pain was only expected to be tolerated but not something that could be healed. A large part of my personal journey in healing my reproductive health was improving the health of my aura and energy, and how working with energetics can have a positive impact on our womb and fertility.
