In this moment, I'm choosing a belief where pain is here to help us rather than to shame and diminish... Maybe our perception of pain and passion doesn't have to be at odds with each other. Rather, they could BOTH be benevolent and allow us to overcome and become stronger. As I honor the 7 years since the passing of my first husband, Josh, I am preparing for our firstborn, Justin, to graduate from high school. These 7 years feel significant as I recognize a completely new person in the mirror. I bring this idea of pain to the table because we are so programmed to do whatever we can to NOT feel pain. Our bodies have been programmed that way. So when we do notice pain, we tend to hide it, and shame ourselves for feeling it. But when we listen and witness what is really causing the pain, we are able to connect more deeply within. Friend, it's time to come face to face with who you are and why you are here - without the labels, expectations, and judgments. Because you are WORTHY. I hope this message connects to you.

It's been a wild ride, and today we're breaking down the massive pile of feelings that came with my re-entry into the United States after a week-and-a-half trip to Kenya.

I saw such different extremes from opulence to simplicity, and when I came home, I was struggling to be in my house, where all the old paradigms once were.

While in Kenya, a "few" fears arose, apprehension took place, and something sacred was connected and uncovered...

Belief.

I had the amazing opportunity to learn about belief through the three Unutbu members, and I was SO happy to be able to visit and hug them in person. We don't need to feel the unworthiness of not being "enough" for all the things.

We are worthy. YOU are WORTHY.

There's no need to tell ourselves lies to keep us small and playing safe.

It is time to let go of the doubt and BELIEVE that you are where you are for a reason and that every step is sacred. It's time to honor that little girl who has never truly felt seen and embrace the delicious uniqueness that is YOU.

To feel connected with complete trust that you have more than enough to create what you are being called into - without the anxiety that comes with steering away from your highest.

Beautiful friend - Let's reimagine how we perceive abundance.

Instead of waiting for "the thing" to happen with frigid expectations, let's accept abundance for all that it is and it's many opportunities.

As I heard stories of challenge from my Ubuntu CommUNITY sisters in Kenya, I felt the powerful message that I wasn't there to pity them or overcompensate for them, but to walk beside them in encouragement and lovingly challenge them with invitation for expansion.

And these three women shared WILD ABUNDANCE with me that I am so excited to take home with me to spread across the world. This idea of abundance is for ALL of us.

Each of our visions are possible and only become MORE possible when we lean in, go deeper and come together in loving support.

Fight, Flight, Fawn, or Freeze!

Have you experienced seasons where your nervous system had these reactions to a trigger? Are you currently in one?

While we think these reactions are imprinted in our DNA, they are simply here because we're not ready to feel those certain things.

And instead of sinking into that feeling of flight, flight, fawn, or freeze, let's create new ways where we can show up in these moments that feel supported and expansive.

I'm embracing sacred disruption as I surround myself with beautiful disruptors within the Ubuntu CommUNITY and all around me! The women who were deemed "too much." Because they are exactly who they were always meant to be.

I see ach Ubuntu sister is a sacred disruptor/ revolutionize.

I see YOU are a sacred disrupter.

And it's time to gather together in a tribe of sacred disruptors disrupting the addition and conditioning that we are not enough.

You are more than enough, dear friend. I am committed and devoted to creating the platform for women to be called into this multidimensional potential, and I'm sensing that you're being called into something greater as well. Let's create a world led by fierce love where we let go of the rules and expectations in fear of being kicked out of the tribe.

Let's just reimagine the tribe.

When you put on a beautiful piece of clothing, what do you feel like?

A boss babe?

Amazonian warrior?

Abundant goddess?

A superhero?

We all have that one outfit or piece of clothing that makes us feel AMAZING and radiant. Mine is THIS "super suit"!

What we wear can make a huge impact on how we feel and even how we act, but how many times have we NOT worn what set our souls on fire to make someone ELSE feel more comfortable?

I say NO MORE to diminishing our light for others, and YES to a world of radiant, woman warriors who lift each other up and spread the message of Ubuntu around the world.

Should I buy you dinner first before we get under the hood?

We are all so unique and beautiful, and when we let go of those thoughts that we aren't enough, we start to feel the old stories shed away.

Ask yourself - What's REALLY going on under there?

Surrender to who you were divinely meant to be by bringing that radiance that you've been created with into fruition.

And by the way, you don't HAVE to be on all the time. You can choose where you want to be fully open and transparent and where it doesn't feel aligned.

As we let go of the mask or hood that has kept us safe, we continue to evolve and lovingly fall in love with the beautiful creature that we have always been.

Just over one month ago, I started a community where regardless of the walks of life, these women are here and a part of this divine connection, and I get to witness their incredible evolution of them in this space.

And their only requirement? That their heart says HELL YES as we co-creative alongside each other.

This work wouldn't have been possible without getting under the hood...

What does TRUST look like for you? How does it feel within your body?

Recently, I've been called to go into nature to further connect with myself, changing the circumstances of how I engage with my body. Because how do you trust yourself, right?

How do you trust yourself to...

-NOT gain weight

-Gain muscle mass

-Take care of everyone around you

-Do all the things

-And just take care of yourself!

I have felt this resistance too, and I'm here to tell you, dear friend, that It's time to activate something...something in you that you know has been there the whole time. Instead of relying on others to tell us who to be and what to do, let's trust that we already know what is in our highest. Because we absolutely DO!

It's time to trust that you are enough. In fact, trust that you are so much more than enough.

You are vibrant. WORTHY. And able to trust yourself to take the next step.

You are here for a beautiful reason. And it is magical. And I trust that those who hear this message will be reached in the right time.
