What are you waiting for? You wasted a lot of time already. Why haven’t you started yet?

No money? Just start with what you can, start small. Build momentum.

No support? Just start, when you start you would attract the right people.

You don't know what to do?

Too much analysis leads to paralysis.

Now, start. The sooner you start the sooner we will get somewhere.

Everyday, stand guard at door of your mind. Decide what goes into your mental factory. Be intentional about what you hear, what you read, what you watch. Stop listening to gossips, audios, things that don't edify you. Be mindful of the movies you watch, books you read. It's your responsibility to be selective about what goes into your mind.

We often get caught looking too far ahead about what's going to happen in the new year, next five or ten years. What you need to concentrate on is what you decide to do daily.

Our daily decisions compound into where we will be in the future. The world is changing so fast you never know what will happen in the next ten years.

What you have control over and should be committed to is what you do with your time now.

You don’t need new year resolutions, what you need is discipline. When motivation ends, discipline takes over. 

Resolutions don’t come to pass because we make them but because we are disciplined enough to keep working on them. If you had more discipline in the year, you would have accomplished more. It’s not about making resolutions, it’s about being disciplined to see them through. So, in the coming year, what you need is discipline not new year resolutions.

We are almost done with 365 days of the year. This is a time most people panic and worry about what they couldn’t achieve and the disappointments of looking back on unfulfilled dreams. 

Relax, it’s the end of the year not the end of your life, especially for young people fretting and being agitated about what’s ahead. Not so long ago you had dreams and resolutions for the year 2018 but fast forward, we are in the 12th month and you have no idea what you did in the year 2018. I still look at the list of the things I haven’t done “yet” but I will share with you in this episode 7 ways to remain calm and take charge of your life.
