Today I’m sharing highlights from a profound healing soul journey session. It begins with an ancient “memory” of an avian, bird-like being returning to a bright city over the ocean with a large spotted egg - a dragon egg. The story unfolds into creation, conflict, and one major life lesson: when you feel something is wrong, speak up early. Don’t wait until it explodes.

You’ll also hear Higher Self teachings about building a real foundation - mindfulness, stillness, gratitude, and taking care of the body - instead of turning meditation into a chase for astral projection or “special experiences.”

In this concise debrief, I unpack a Quantum Clarity Soul Journey session with “Helen,” an awakening light-worker born in South Africa and living in the Netherlands.
