Talking about my dear friend, Logan. He's really a good, kind-hearted, hard working guy. But... he's been f***** over a lot. This is me diving a little into his story - and how he's been able to become the best version of himself (or at least trying to).

Meditation can be viewed as boring, lame, or maybe intimidating.
