Psalm 71:17-18 "Since my youth, O God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds.  Even when I am old and gray do not forsake me, O God, till I delcare your power to the next generation your might to all who are to come.

Malachi 3:10 " Test me in this" says the Lord Almighty.  Love always gives.  Tithing is 10%.  God first principle in all things.  Not just financial, it's spiritual.  It will be rewarded.

Psalm 56:3  "When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you."

F.E.A.R. - False Evidence Acting Real

Real Courage is notthe absence of fear its overcoming your fear.

Matt. 13:44-46

Is Jesus Worth it?  Is He worth my home, my family, my job, my car, my life?   Nothing else in this world is worth it.  He Is Worth It!  How can we give him the leftovers or crumbs of our time, our money or lives after all He has done for us?  He thinks we are worth it.

Prov. 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, do not rely on your own understanding.  In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path."

Job 42:2 "I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted."

He never fails.  He's not late & he's not early.  He is always on time.  Don't merely rely on your  own ability to understand things.  In all your ways acknowledge Him.

F.R.O.G. - Fully Rely On God

John 5:16-19, "Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do, for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner."

1) God is always working; 2.) Jesus only did what he "saw" the Father doing; 3.) He only works through partners.

I Peter 1: 12-17 God's truth is total truth.  Just because the truth sounds good doesn't mean it is and just because it may sound crazy doesn't mean it's not truth.

"Every war started with an argument that got out of hand!"  Christ modeled loving our enemies by dying on the cross for us.  He commanded us to love our enemies. Then He said we would be rewarded when we love our enemies.

Why was Eutychus famous? Acts 20:7-12:  Because he fell asleep in church.  Danger signs of falling asleep:  1) you miss the message; 2) insensitivity to the needs of others; 3) vulnerable to the enemy attack; 4) prayerlessness; 5) falling.  Romans 13:11 - "The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed."
