Bedford Church of the Nazarene Podcast

On "Journey Sunday," Pastor Mike reflects on some of what we have learned through our recent "Season of Seeking," and the importance of keeping Jesus as our "true north."

In the latest of the "Choices" series, Pastor Mike examines how our choice of treasure has eternal effects.

In the next part of the sermon series "Choices," Pastor Mike reveals the power of Forgiveness and how it shapes our physical, mental, and spiritual lives.

In Matthew 16, Peter was rebuked by Jesus for choosing an earthly mindset over a Godly mindset. In the second of the "Choices" series, Pastor Mike explores how our mindset influences our spiritual well-being.

In the year of 2016, we will be presented with hundreds of choices in the course of the year. In the sermon series "Choices," Pastor Mike examines some of the the most impactful choices that we will make, starting with who we will follow.

In the last of the series "Verses You Won't Find on a Christmas Card," Pastor Mike shares the glorious truth of our freedom and broken chains from Romans 8:2.

There is a verse that doesn't usually make it onto a Christmas card that reads "I will never leave you or forsake you." Pastor Mike shows why this verse may very well represent the Christmas season best of all.

Fear is not a feeling celebrated on a Christmas Card, but it is a very real part of the Christmas Story, and very often our story as well. But God repeatedly tells us, as Pastor Mike shares, "Do Not Be Afraid."

In the second of the series, "Verses You Won't Find on a Christmas Card," Pastor Mike explores Matthew 1:8 and encourages us to "say yes to the mess."

Matthew 2:16 is not a verse that you will find on a Christmas card, but the story of Herod is a stark reminder of the importance of surrender to Jesus and allowing Him to reign in our lives.
