Our last gathering and part 2 exploration of Psalm 110 the most quoted Old Testament verse in the New Testament.

Psalm 110 is the Old Testament passage most often quoted in the New Testament. Pulling on this Old Testament thread helps us better understand Jesus, and helps us face the realities of today knowing that He is on the throne.

Acts 11:19-26. Here we see that persecution is the tool God uses to spread His Church from Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, to the ends of the Earth. The church in Antioch is born, which becomes the home base for Paul’s Gentile mission. Also in Antioch believers in Jesus are first called Christians.
