In this episode, I had an amazing chat with Melinda Buchmann about life, leadership, business from the inside out and redefining success beyond burnout and outdated career expectations.

Melinda is the founder of Shuck It Coaching and a leadership coach helping professionals realign their work and lives around authenticity, wellbeing and purpose.
