Trent Thorne is one of those characters of the Australian beef industry that is hidden in plain sight! With a terrific sense of humour and quick wit, it seemed a shame to limit his stories to the length of a podcast episode! By his own admission, his introduction to university involved too much of 'the good life'. Jackarooing in the Top End bought him back to reality and Trent went on to a tremendous career as special council for McCullough Robertson lawyers in Brisbane, specialising in agriculture.
