How does waiting shape us? Why does it feel like both a burden and a gift?

In this episode, I'm sharing my own experience as an international student, navigating the highs and lows of waiting - from awaiting acceptance letters to the bittersweet countdown to go home.

Along the way, we'll explore the science behind waiting, from how it affects students' mental health, to how silence and reflection during those waiting moments can spark self-discovery.

But don't worry, this isn't all theory. I'll bring in insights from research, humor, and real student life - because waiting is something we all do everyday. So whether you're waiting for grades, job offers, or just the next semester break (happily the winter break is soon), you might just learn something about yourself along the way.

So, sit tight or stand up and stretch while you wait for that coffee - and let's explore how those moments of waiting can shape who we are and who we're becoming.
