Unfortunately, Jay and I had a bit of a communication problem with our scheduled guest this week.  Sooooo, we decided to have ourselves a good ol' Skype hangout.  It was a good time and we chatted about work from home arrangements and what that might look like when this whole quarantine situation settles; as well some discussion other newsworthy items like the recently passed firearms legislation.

This week, we hang out with Sylvie Lamothe from Rebel Soul Tribe.  It was great to chat about how the current pandemic and resulting social distancing has impacted her business; which revolves heavily around getting gathering together in the real world.  We talk about different sectors of the economy pivoting into their new realities and speculate on what the future holds.

Greetings fellow home dwellers!  It's (or was) Jason's birthday!!  This episode, we got together for long distance podcasting with our old friend, the local (not so) transient Jon Belanger.  We delve a little deeper into coronavirus talk and comment on how the public has reacted to social distancing measures.  Discussion veers into what the future might hold and Corey tries to convince Jay and Jon to watch Tiger King.  It was a great time!!

In this episode, we meet up in the digital domain and are joined by our spouses Sophie McGee and Paula Boissonneault.  We talk coronavirus and the effects it's had around the globe.  Later, we're joined by Andrew Autio to get his take on the new world we're all inhabiting at the moment.

This week, we sat down to chat with local marathon runner, 6-star chaser and entrepreneur, Marc Rodrigue to talk about our ongoing foray into the world of long-distance running and endurance sports.  We talk about how Marc got into the sport, the benefits of increased activity and conditioning, his thoughts on nutrition and how this led to his co-founding of Borealis Fresh Farms.  We also touch plans for the future and as always, anything that comes to mind.  

Although we've decided to get moving, this has done little to quench our thirst for the best brews (possibly worsened the problem??).  In this episode, we sip on a few cans of Ebb and Flow Session Sour from Muskoka Brewery, as well as a few Lone Pine IPA from Sawdust City Brewing Company.
