Dave is kicking off an entire month of Nostalgia picks by beering us a memorable movie from his childhood… the iconic "Honey, I Shrunk The Kids."

It's a film that inspired a love of movie magic and how-did-they-do-that wonder in an entire generation of future film nerds. Also, it stars Rick Moranis. Need I say more?

Here we are: the end of TIME LOOP month. If we could do it all over again... well, that would be pretty thematic. For the last episode of the month, it was up to our listeners to choose a movie, and you picked The Butterfly Effect.

That's how things go down during TIME LOOP month. Bryan beered us a category staple this week: the confusingly dual-named Live Die Repeat / Edge of Tomorrow!

It's a surprisingly under-the-radar Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt flick where Earth has to defend itself from invading time traveling aliens. And they don't even have the decency to arrive in police boxes!

Dave decided this week to give himself a little gift. But even in being selfish for once, he still beered us a kick-ass high-octane time-loop flick for the ages: Run Lola Run.

It's a foreign film but don't let that scare you off. there's not much dialogue at all. Just a lot of running, action, being briefly animated, and bumping into people in slightly different ways, leading them to wildly different lives; all whilst trying to get 100,000 Deutsche Marks in 20 minutes.

It’s July, which everybody knows is time loop month. At least it is now, thanks to Bryan. And he managed to stick to his own theme! Go figure!

This week, we’re talking about the Hulu original rom-com: Palm Springs.

Because what’s better than repeating the same day forever? Doing it with Andy Samberg (and occasionally J.K. Simmons).

Whew boy, what a month. I don't know about you, but all the adrenaline has me exhausted. Our listener pick this month comes from Mike, who beered us Smokin' Aces!

With a cast as stacked as this one, it's crazy to think that this film almost serves as a palate cleanser after Cranked-out Statham, Harry HISHANDSISGUNS Potter, and Riki-Freakin'-Oh. That said, this movie has its moments, and you might want to pick it up from your local Walmart/Target bargain bin.

Jesus Christ. Dave wins. He beered us the most over-the-top action movie of all time, Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky.

Ricky, fresh from exacting revenge on a gang leader and still riddled with bullets, must fight his way through the hierarchy of tough prisoners and even-tougher wardens in this dystopian for-profit prison.

Don't let the subtitles or english dubbing fool you. This is the most batshit crazy non-stop beat-em-up/punch-their-guts-out film ever. You REALLY need to see this one.

Well, here we are. Bryan had to one-up Crank and solidify a theme for June. So naturally, he doubled down on an over-the-top adrenaline-fueled action flick: Guns Akimbo.

It's Harry Potter, but HIS HANDS IS GUNS.

If Chill Factor was Speed on an ice cream truck, then Dave's pick this week is Speed on speed. Because he ramped up the action to absurd levels by beering us CRANK starring Jason Statham.

This movie STARTS at a 10 and has the impossible task of escalating for 88 straight minutes. And it DELIVERS. All while looking like the most 2006 movie that's ever 2006'd.

Dave didn't quite commit to a theme, though, so you'll have to stick around for Bryan's pick at the end for some clarity on what direction we're headed in this month.

Another month is ending, and that means YOU got to beer US a movie! This month's theme was Crappy Hour, and Phil "Hot Take" Hawkins did not disappoint.

Phil beered us a little 90s movie called Chill Factor with Cuba Gooding Jr. and Skeet Ulrich. It's basically Speed in an ice cream truck. No, not that kind.
